JIA FROM SINGLE INFERNO CAUGHT IN SCANDAL

Song Ji A started her career as a YouTuber since August 2019 along with a friend. At that time the two were discussing content about fashion and clothing tastes. Song Ji A is a content creator who is well known on the YouTube platform with her channel name FreeZia. Song Ji A has a Weibo account that has been followed by millions of people because she has a beautiful face like Blackpink's Jennie and IVE's Wonyoung.

Recently, Song Ji A was swept up in a controversy for wearing fake designer apparel and jewelry on Netflix’s dating reality show “Single’s Inferno” and on her social media accounts. In response to the controversy, Song Ji A personally apologized through her Instagram account with a handwritten note. She had written, “Currently, there is controversy regarding a portion of the clothing I had worn on social media accounts and ‘Single’s Inferno.’ A part of the controversy regarding fake designer items that has been criticized is true. I am really sorry. I apologize once more for everything that has occurred due to my ignorance on the infringement of creative works and production rights. As a person with a dream of launching a brand, I recognize the issue, and I am seriously reflecting on the controversial aspects.” The influencer also promised to avoid creating future situations such as this and to delete all content that exposed fake designer items on her social media accounts.

When Ji A appeared with her new controversy recently, Kim Hyun Joong was caught by netizens having unfollowed his former partner's Instagram account in Single's Inferno. He even received malicious comments and strong reactions for his attitude.

Meanwhile, Korea netizen are not bashing her for wearing fakes. That's fine. The problem is that her whole "thing" is that she portrays herself as someone that gets luxury brands. She had videos of herself discussing it. Her character and channels revolved around it. So when it came out that she's wearing fakes, her whole persona kinda crumbled. If she was someone that got famous for something else, like singing, it wouldn't matter. Kim Hyun Joong replied to all hate comments against him by participating in the Maeil Business Newspaper interview to discuss the real reason why he chose to unfollow his partner in Single's Inferno. On Wednesday (19/01/2022), Kim Hyun Joong vehemently denied claims that he unfollowed Ji A due to "cutting her losses." He admitted that they remained friends and even in the middle of the broadcast, they contacted each other. The model and fitness trainer continued the interview by admitting he couldn't share too many details about his relationship with Ji A because of the show's rules. However, Kim Hyun Joong has taken the time to share that he doesn't have any bad feelings towards Ji A, despite what everyone says.

Recently, Allure magazine released an interview with Song Jia. In the interview, the 1997-born girl said that her resolution for 2022 is to buy a new building.

When the contents of Song Jia's interview were uploaded by the IG account @coppamagz, netizens were immediately furious. Netizens were upset after the controversy over the KW goods that Jia wore.
