Highest paying Korean actor this year

Based on the Lifestyle Asia report, Kim Soo Hyun became the highest-paid South Korean actor in 2021. He is reportedly paid 500 million won ($425,000) per episode for his current drama “One Ordinary Day,” which is streamed in Korea on Coupang Play. His pay rate is much higher compared together other top Korean actors, who usually charge 100 million to 200 million won per episode.

This man earned around US$ 440,000 or Rp. 6.21 billion (exchange rate of Rp. 14,134/US$) per episode in the recycled One Ordinary Day series. (remake) of Criminal Justice on the BBC.

Song Joong Ki took second place with a fee of US $ 170,000 per episode in the Netflix series titled Vincenzo (2021). After that there is Hyun Bin with a fee of US $ 113,000 per episode. So Ji Sub and Jo In Sung each received a fee of around US$ 90,000 per episode. Meanwhile, Jun Ji Hyun gets paid US $ 85,000 per episode.
