HYBE BOY GROUP, BTS AND SEVENTEEN ACHIEVE BIG

 On March 1 local time, the International Federation of the Phonographic Industry (IFPI) a non-profit organization that represents the music recording industry worldwide revealed its annual rankings of 2021 best-selling albums across global physical sales and digital downloads.

As you can see on the ranking above, SEVENTEEN achieved the impressive feat of landing two albums in the top 10 for 2021: their ninth mini album “Attacca” charted at No. 3, while their eighth mini album “Your Choice” followed at No. 8.

Meanwhile, their senior group BTS get high with their Japanese compilation album “BTS, THE BEST” ranked No. 4 for 2021.

Moving to digital achievement, The International Federation of the Phonographic Industry (IFPI) revealed the top 10 best-selling songs for the 2021 'Global Digital Single Chart'.

The song "Butter" placed at #4 to generate 1.76 billion global subscribed streams last year. In 2020, BTS's "Dynamite" made the list at #10. Meanwhile, BTS recently made headlines as the world's best-selling recording artist in 2021, their second year in a row at #1.
