 It's not rare to see some popular child actor who continue their career in acting and expend to new role and finally become the main / lead role of the drama. Here are a few notable mention of several Korean child actors/actresses who have excel in their acting career.

1. Yeo Jin Go

Yeo Jin-goo (born August 13, 1997) is a South Korean actor. Yeo began his career as child actor, debuting in the film Sad Movie (2005). He went on to play the younger version of the lead roles in movies and television dramas such as A Frozen Flower (2008), Giant (2010), Moon Embracing the Sun (2012), and Missing You (2012). In 2013, Yeo played his first big-screen leading role as the title character in action thriller Hwayi: A Monster Boy, for which he won Best New Actor at the Blue Dragon Film Awards.

2. Kim Yoo Jung

Kim Yoo-jung (Hangul: 김유정; Hanja: 金裕貞; born September 22, 1999) is a South Korean actress and model. After her acting debut in 2003, she became one of the best known child actresses in Korea and since then, has transitioned into teen roles by starring in television series Moon Embracing the Sun (2012), May Queen (2012) and Angry Mom (2015).

 Who doesn't know about this talented child actor, Nam Da Reum. Not only about his handsome face, his acting is actually superb. He has stolen a lot of viewers heart with his continuous appearance in many popular k drama, mostly as their youngest version of main lead. Nam Da Reum born on June 13, 2002, he made his acting debut in the popular 2009 television drama “Boys Over Flowers” and has gained fame playing the younger versions of the main characters of many popular dramas. Kim Sae-ron, better known mononymously as Saeron is a South Korean actress. She began her career when she was nine years old and became a popular child star. Kim Sae-ron began her career in acting in 2009, by appearing in the flick 'A Brand New Life'.  Kim also appeared in music videos for Block B and 5urprise in the year 2014.

He is a popular South Korean actor & model. Yoo Seung-Ho first started in show business as a child actor and, like a lot of child actors. Considered as one of the most sought-after actors in the industry,  The young actor finished high school from Baekshin High School in February 2012. After graduating, Yoo Seung ho decided to take a pause from pursuing his college degree to focus more on his acting career. On March 5, 2013, Yoo served his mandatory military duty as a regular soldier. He reportedly worked in training the recruits. On December 4, 2014, he was discharged from his service and returned to the entertainment industry to continue his career. Throughout his acting career, Yoo Seung Ho has taken different offers appearing in various dramas as well as films.
