WHAT WILL HAPPENED TO IZONE 2 MONTHS FROM NOW AFTER DISBANDMENT?

If you just realize, especially for wizone, that Izone is a temporary group means to promote smaller agency, so keep in mind that the original length of Izone's contract is 2.5 years. They were formed through Mnet's competition reality show Produce 48, consist of 12-member project girl group under Off The Record Entertainment and Swing Entertainment. Fast introduction of future Izone: (BASED ON PREDICTION if they're disbanded, possible expansion after izone disbandment, future project of ex Izone member:)

1. Woolim Entertainment: Eunbi, Chaewon

As Woolim already debut their own girl group Rocket punch last year, consists of 6 members: Juri, Yeonhee, Suyun, Yunkyoung, Sohee and Dahyun. So it won't be a surprised that Eunbi and Chaewon might be an additional member for rocket punch. 8 members girl group is already a proven formula for successful group. Keep in mind that in my opinion that Rocket punch didn't get decent success for their debut, it is no brainer that having Eunbi and Chaewon would spice up Rocket punch and bring the group more popularity and fanbase.

2. AKR: Sakura, Nako, Hitomi

As Japanese members who speak Japanese, of course their long term career would probably in Japan. For Sakura as an ex-ACE member or Kami 7 before her departure to Kpop industry, she would be stay in AKB48, promoting the group to get their old time popularity back. Yet, since she is already in older side, she might only stay for 1-2 years before her initial graduation, a proper farewell concert and turn to acting-doll. As Nako and especially Hitomi is much younger, they might be another ACE member of AKB48 after their return.

3. Yuehua: Yena

Yuehua might have much better debut girl group success, with everglow. The group is composed of six members: E:U, Sihyeon, Mia, Onda, Aisha, and Yiren. Their discographies are already great, and have international recognition. After all, 2 of ex Produce 48 trainee are also included in the group, and if Yena also return to this group, everglow will have 3 members of ex produce 48, just like Rocket punch. Keep in mind that 7 members is a great formation for dance choreography, with one center in the middle.

4.WM entertainment: Chaeyeon

WM even hasn't debut their own new girl group, but we already know that Chaeyeon originally should be debuting under WM with their new girl group. Known as great dancer, Chaeyeon will definitely become the center and main dancer of her group.

5. Urban works: Minju

Urban works, as far as I know, doesn't have a plan to produce a girl group, as it's more artist management or production house company. One of TV program that is produced by Urban work is Inkigayo, so no wonder Minju is one of the Host. Minju herself are already try acting several times already, with her cameo appearances in MV or web drama. There is a huge possibility that she would advance to acting after Izone.

6. Stone music: Yuri

Yuri as the main singer who have stable vocal and not under any agency, could follow the footstep of her sunbae, wanna one Kim Jae hwan. She might go solo or join Fromis as additional member. But it has higher possibility for Yuri just to go solo.

7. 8D creative: Hyewon

8D creative might not have a plan to put Hyewon debut under any girl group currently like Urban works. The company was founded in 23 March 2017 by Kim Shin-ae as a food and beverage service company, and later diversified into the entertainment industry. It currently manages artists such as OnlyOneOf and Iz*One member Kang Hye-won. No wonder, Hyewon might be a model or turn to acting like Minju after Izone.

8. Starship: Yujin and Wonyoung

The duo of starship supposedly debut together under a girl group. But doubt that they will be stay under the same original group, afterall, 2.5 years has passed. I don't know, but I've feeling that the duo will debut as duo just like D&H from x1. Their figure and height is actually similar, and not towering each other. Both of them would be a good model too.

SUMMARY

So, based on all the DISBANDMENT prediction above, I think if Izone would extend their initial 2.5 years contract, it would be hard for some of them since their agency already have plan for them. Yet, some of the agency might accept the term if it's a good deal, especially for Minju, Hyewon, and Yuri (as she is already under stone aka CJ ENM). I have a feeling that since AKR have more freedom for their members to graduate, Hitomi might choose to stay as Kpop idols than going back to AKB48.. In total, we might get 4 members: Minju, Hyewon, Yuri and Hitomi

If you watch Pepsi Ads/CF, They are the face of the group fro IZONE: Wonyoung (official center), Miniju (Unofficial center), Sakura (Popularity queen), Yuri (Main vocal), Eunbi (Great dancer + leader). So in easier scenario, CJ ENM already have 2 center members. If they can make Chaeyeon stay in the group (afterall WM hasn't debut any Girlgroup), not only Izone will still have their best dancer, but they also can convince sakura to stay in Korea. Nako might go back as HKT48 really need her, more than ever if Sakura decide not to going back. But Sakura might also ask Nako to stay in Izone together. They are now only lack a decent singer to support the group, or Yuri, so it won't be like a solo song. As Yuehua alraedy get success from everglow, Yena can just stay in Izone if CJ ENM give a good contract. Anyway, Yena already have special bonding with Yuri.

With this scenario, we have 8 members: Yuri (main vocal), Minju (center visual), Sakura (face), Hitomi (cute member with most improved talents, dancer), Hyewon (another visual, rapper), Nako (cute member who can sing), Chaeyeon (main dancer + leader) and Yena (Lead vocal).

In this formation, having 8 of 12 members might give Izone a chance to stay popular. Of course, it's much better if CJ ENM could convince and pursue each agency to extend Izone contract. If Rocket punch didn't need additional members, Eunbi and Chaewon can go back as IZONE members. This will boast Izone, as Both Eunbi and Chaewon is a versatile members of izone.

The hardest level to beat is STARSHIP, as they already achieving decent success toward cravity after stealing opportunity from produce x 101, with 4 ex members and debut it under new boy group, CRAVITY. It shows that STARSHIP compare to any other agency already have better planning toward their trainee. So, Would Starship left Yujin and Wonyoung to stay in Izone?
