Popularity comes and gone, but one thing sure, every year there is always new comers who have promising career due to their previous breakthrough project. This individual show cast their high acting ability as well as get a perfect role to steal interest. Not everyone of course have the opportunity to be a lead actor or actress in drama, some of them pursue their career and start with minor role as well as second lead. Here are the amazing individuals who stole the show in 2020 and probably have further success in 2021!

1. Kim Sunho

Thanks to her role as Han Jipyeong in K drama start up who is loved by money, even got 80% more than support than the actual lead. Kim seunho has been main lead before in waikiki and catch the ghost, yet in this Start up drama, he interestingly played a second role. Perhaps he thinks that the second role is much more interesting and well developed, since Han jipyeong is much more better character than Dosan. 

It's proven by so many buzz and search and how much it's talk around portal media site and social media. Kim Seon Ho who played Han Ji Pyeong in the drama Start-Up won first place with a brand reputation index of 6,024,503. He is said to have stolen the public's attention with his acting through the drama. For this role, Kim Sunho show his great acting and charming smile that makes every girl in love with his character more. 

In addition, Kim Seon Ho, who is a regular member of the variety show 2 Days & 1 Night, is also in demand by the public with his humorous side on the show. The two big projects that Kim Seon Ho played on were very popular with the audience and his name was always searched on search engines. With this success, he got two future project as main lead in 2021. 

2. Song Kang

He successfully shown what he got isn't only a handsome face, but also versatility in acting. Song Kang made his television debut in the 2017 romantic-comedy The Liar and His Lover, in which he portrayed the main character's childhood friend  Toward netflix drama, adaption from webtoon, Sweet home, Song Kang is able to leave his "flower boy" image to something more acknowledge as an actor. He has bagged a lot of new role, one of them is love alarm 2. His newest project is Navillera.Navillera is a Korean drama adapted from a webtoon of the same name. This drama tells of people who want to achieve their dreams.  Actor Song Kang along with Park In Hwan, Na Moon Hee, and Hong Seung Hee confirmed their participation in tvN's latest drama, Navillera. The story focuses on the two main characters, Duk Chool (Park In Hwan) and Chae Rok (Song Kang), two dancers with different ages and want to fight for their careers in ballet. With his ideal body, he also often show cast his skill in modelling.

3. Lee do hyun

After appearing as supporting role as Chung Myung in Hotel del luna, Lee dohyun career as an actor becomes more firm. In 2019, Do Hyun got his big break when he starred in the top-rating supernatural drama, Hotel Del Luna. He played Chung Myun, the first love of Man Wol, played by IU. He is able to get his first main role in 18 again last year in 2020.  He was born on April 11, 1995 and made his debut as an actor in 2017. Since the, he has appeared in various television dramas, including “Thirty but Seventeen” (2018), “Clean With Passion for Now” (2018), and “Hotel del Luna” (2019). With his acting in Sweet home, he also able to extend his career once again. Talking more about how he is when filming a project, Lee Do Hyun explained that he trusts the director no matter what. Lee Do Hyun also shared an old experience in which he broke up with his girlfriend in order to better portray a role. He said, “The character I was playing was someone who lost the girl they love. So I told my girlfriend we should break up, so I could play the role. I really don’t know why I did that… I was about 21 or 22. Of course my girlfriend didn’t understand. She asked me if I was crazy. But at the time, acting came first for me. But also, that production failed. Anyway, after experiencing things like that, I think I’ve grown a lot.”
