SONG JI HYO Fight with her agency Uzurocks Entertainment.

Song Jihyo terminated the contract with Uzurocks Entertainment. On April 5, there was a former employee who spilled Uzurocks Entertainment who was late in paying salaries and staff. Some staff admit they are paid by the artist not by the company

Uzurocks entertainment is an agency that also houses artists Ji Sukjin, Zelo, Lee Hyunwoo and Baekga (Koyote). Uzurocks entertainment employees say that Ji Sukjin pays their salaries using his own money.Every day, Ji Sukjin checks on one by one uzurocks employee.  Ji Sukjin "Have you paid yet?".  If you haven't paid yet, first bail out the salary with Ji Sukjin.

At that time, the agency denied the statement. The reason was the late payment of Uzurocks employees & staff which made Song Jihyo lose trust in the company. Song Jihyo's side will sue Uzurocks Entertainment if the agency refuses to terminate the contract.

Song Ji Hyo have filed a lawsuit because payments worth 900 million won (around 10 billion rupiah) are stuck and have not been paid by the agency. The amount Song Ji Hyo is currently owed is 900 million won, but there are other victims that the actress is more concerned with. Employees of Uzurocks such as Person A (217 million won), Person B (100 million won), Person C (210 million won) and much more.

So far, Uzurocks have delayed their payments to Song Ji Hyo eight times. Song Ji Hyo himself revealed that it was okay for him to wait for his salary, but he was worried about other employees whose salaries had also been postponed.

Upon an extensive investigation done by 'Dispatch', it was discovered that that it wasn't just the problem of non-payment of Song Ji Hyo's settlement money. Most of the business dealings was close to fraud. In the end, former and incumbent employees, including Song Ji Hyo, were harmed by CEO Park Joo Nam's lies. It was revealed that while CEO Park Joo Nam rides a Porsche and is covered in luxury brands from head to toe, and boasts of billions of won, the truth is much bleaker. In reality it seems the CEO is constantly in severe debt, and overspending his means. In order to keep up appearances at the company, he started posting false investment news on his company's website to make the company seem much more successful than it was in reality. When Naver was asked about these articles, they responded by saying no such article was released by them.

The company was able to operate because whenever the need arose, the managers would put the charge on a personal card, then bill the company afterwards. Once Song Ji Hyo realized what was happening, she gave her own card to a manager to use. The manager said, "Jihyo unnie gave her a card. She used that card to pay for the on-site expenses."

Song Ji Hyo eventually chose to take legal action for the amounts paid, to which the company sent a 'debt repayment memorandum'.
