LE SSERAFIM, KIM GARAM IS OUT FROM HYBE and other idols get kicked out from group

HYBE and Source Music announce that they have decided to terminate their exclusive contract with Kim Garam

Kim Ga-ram of rookie girl group Le Sserafim has been dismissed from the group as her agency decided to terminate its exclusive contract with the artist, who had been embroiled in bullying allegations.

"We sincerely apologize to our fans and to those who have shown love and support to the group for causing concern over the controversy involving the member." said Hybe official statement. LE SSERAFIM will continue as a 5-member girl group. Le sserafim, which debuted on May 2, 2022, will continue promotions with five personnel Chaewon, Yunjin, Kazuha, Eunchae, and Sakura.

This news sparked pros and cons among fans of Kim Garam LE SSERAFIM. The reason is that the court has not yet issued a decision whether Kim Garam is really guilty.

Before Kim Garam, there were a number of the fastest K-Pop idols who were expelled from the group for unknown reasons, scolded actors, and announced their love affairs.

1. Sally Gugudan

Sally became the first Gugudan member to be released after debuting in 2016. "I felt a big difference in the popularity of the two members from all of us. At the beginning of 2019, I was sent home. When asked when I should return, they told me not to do it. The other members received the same instructions. I tried to stay there, but finally I have to go. I'm afraid my parents find out," wrote Sally Gugudan in her Weibo post.

For no apparent reason, Sally Gugudan was asked by her agency Jellyfish Entertainment to leave and never returned. The Chinese personnel felt the imbalance because of the popularity of the two Gugudan personnel, Sejeong and Mina who first debuted as IOI personnel.

Shortly after Sally won the survival show Produce Camp, the agency announced that Gugudan was disbanding.

2. GLAM Dahee

From the same company label, HYBE. Dahee started her career as a member of GLAM, a group under Big Hit and Source Music. After two years of debut, he was kicked out of the group for being accused of blackmailing actor Lee Byung Hun.

The court then sentenced him to one year in prison in 2014. And one year later, GLAM was dissolved by the scandal that dragged its personnel. In 2019, Dahee was reported to have entered an adult live broadcast as a BJ (Broadcast Jockey). The 37-year-old woman creates adult content and earns around 200 million won (Rp 2.2 billion) per month

3. Dawn PENTAGON

The owner of the real name Kim Hyo Jong is one of the fastest K-Pop idols to be removed from the group after two years of debut. After announcing his love affair with HyunA in 2018 Dawn PENTAGON get kicked out from the group. Cube Entertainment initially denied the dating rumors between the two. However, Dawn and HyunA chose to go public through an interview without the agency's knowledge. Now Dawn has a solo career under the auspices of P'Nation with her boyfriend.

4. Jay park

Not many know that Jay Park started his career as a 2PM member. The singer of 'All I Wanna Do' is known as the founder of record labels AOMG and H1ghr Music, and also CEO of soju brand Won Soju. When he was a trainee he insult Korea in his personal social media account and said that Korea is gay. Soon after found out by his antis, Jay park received a lot of black lash from public. Eventually JYP decide to terminate his contract and kicked him from the group even though he was 2pm leader.
