ALL PURPLE KISS MEMBER DIAGNOSED WITH COVID-19
PURPLE K!SS have dropped their music video for "memeM". With their latest comeback, they look so fierce and powerful. Unfortunately before they can even make a proper live performance for their comeback, they need to postpone it due to covid.
With just two days left until PURPLE KISS’s comeback, RBW has announced that three members of the group have tested positive for COVID-19.
On March 26, Ireh developed symptoms of a sore throat, so she underwent a rapid antigen test, and her results came back positive. Afterwards, all of the PURPLE KISS members underwent rapid antigen tests as a precautionary measure, and Dosie and Yuki also tested positive. Ireh, Dosie, and Yuki have each previously received three doses of the COVID-19 vaccine, and they currently do not have any symptoms aside from mild cold symptoms. The three members have temporarily halted all scheduled activities, and they plan to focus entirely on their treatment and recovery in accordance with the guidelines of government health authorities.
Other member Park Ji Eun received notice of her positive COVID-19 test results too. Park Ji Eun experienced symptoms of a mild sore throat on the afternoon of March 28 KST, and underwent a rapid antigen test on which she was confirmed to have COVID-19. Currently, Park Ji Eun has no other symptoms other than a mild sore throat.
Swan tested positive on March 15 KST; members Ireh, Dosie, and Yuki tested positive on March 26 KST; and members Na Go Eun and Chaein tested positive on March 27 KST. WIth Park Ji Eun also testing positive, all seven members of PURPLE K!SS have now tested positive for COVID-19 are currently in quarantine. RBW announced, "We plan to begin official promotions for their comeback on April 4 KST, after all the members are released from quarantine."
