BAD THINGS THAT KPOP IDOLS OR ACTORS HAS DONE IN THE PASS PART 1

In short, this is several examples of bad behavior that an kpop idols or actor has done in the pass, obviously creating scandals and affecting their career: Sometimes, they're atone themselves by apologizing and promise not to do the same mistakes. In certain circumstances, the keyboard warrior and fandom will leave them alone and their miserable deed will be soon forgotten. In another case, their wrong doing might cost their entire career that has been built for years. Here are several bad things that kpop idols or actor has done in the pass:

1. Red velvet Irene’s bad behavior

On October 21, an Instagram post was uploaded by an editor and stylist about an unnamed celebrity.  An idol was in question after famous editor Kang Kookhwa made an Instagram post about a rude female idol with the hashtags #psycho and #monster. The post described an encounter with them in which she had been brought to tears by the celebrity’s harsh words and felt humiliated. A lot of Netizens had been speculating that the idol in question was Irene as the two hashtags imply her song titles. Those hashtags are titles of songs by Red Velvet and the sub-unit composed of Irene and Seulgi. Many began to suspect Irene when the editor deleted a complimentary post she had written about Irene in 2016.

"I've been thoroughly trampled by this one person, and I became the position of the abused. Proven to be disqualified from being human + a puppet living behind a smiling mask + known to be a warm person by friends + an 'adult child' who lacks character + has a sense of entitlement + has the stupidity that reveals all the deficiencies transparently to the person they meet for the first time."

Fortunately enough, the staff record all the things that Irene has done and threaten to reveal the truth.

Had been staying quiet for a while, on the night of the day, Irene eventually admitted that she's the idol star in the editor's controversial post. Irene took to Instagram and apologized for her "foolish attitude" and "careless words and actions.

On October 22, Irene wrote the following post on Instagram:

This is Irene.

I am sincerely sorry for hurting the stylist with my foolish attitude and careless words and actions.

Getting to this spot involved help from many people who worked together with me, but my immature actions caused great hurt and I regret that and am reflecting.

I’ve been looking back on the past because of this, and I’ve felt very embarrassed because of my lacking words and actions and I once again feel how precious the staff are.

Her agency SM entertainment also give an official regarding this matter and apologize on the behalf of idols.

2. Yoon eun hye’s addiction to alcohol

Yoon Eun Hye at 36 years achieved her dreams of becoming an actress as one of her childhood dreams. She went to Chung-Ang University for Film Arts, and first appeared as a member of a girl band named Baby V.O.X. from 1999 to 2005. At the age of 15, she joined the band and made hits in records.

In an  interview with MBC Radio Star allowed Yoon Eun Hye to talk about her life during those years. The actress admitted depression and addiction to alcohol was one of her escape from her career issues. She was happy to announce that she has been able to fight and became sober for the past 8 years. Yoon Eun Hye also surprised the cast by confessing that her body was destroyed after her very busy schedule with Baby V.O.X. She even confessed that she suffered from insomnia as a result, which led her to rely on alcohol to fall asleep.

One of the challenges that came to her career during 2007 was when controversies surfaced when she made contract issues with her former agency Eight Peaks and filed a complaint case. The problem arose when a project failed to push through with her and the management. Both sides made an amicable settlement to resolve the case in the end, although Yoon Eun Hye transferred and signed a new contract to Kraze Entertainmen

3. APRIL’s BULLYING

On April 18, Chaewon and Yena broke their silence on the allegations to respond to Hyunjoo’s personal statement on the bullying accusation. Hyunjoo's classmate at school also wrote a similar post and told about her bullying. Through a separate post, this person wrote that all APRIL members are bullies except Chaekyung and Rachel as the newest members. Shortly after Hyunjoo posted her first statement about the allegations, the two APRIL members took to Instagram to share their own statements refuting her claims and opening up about their sides of the story.

Hyunjoo's friend said that Somin was the first APRIL member to bully Hyunjoo. It is known that Somin left APRIL and joined the KARD group - DSP Media's group. Her friend said that APRIL members often made fun of and were sarcastic to Hyunjoo. APRIL's manager who was aware of the incident remained silent because he was dating Chaewon.

However, Chaewon’s and Yena’s posts marked the first time that any of the APRIL members have made personal statements regarding the allegations. Both idols explained in their statements that they had previously remained silent because the case was headed to court, and they hoped that the truth would come to light there, but that Hyunjoo’s new statement had compelled them to speak.

Both members firmly denied that any bullying, violent behavior, or ostracism took place, and Chaewon also denied specific claims made by Hyunjoo’s alleged classmate, including the assertion that she dated the group’s manager.

The agency responded by writing that Hyunjoo said she wanted to become an actress and wanted to leave after Tinkerbell's promotions. The DSP Media, an agency that oversees APRIL and Hyunjoo has denied all allegations and will take legal action against Hyunjoo's sister and whoever wrote the allegations.

4. FREE SEX IN SHADOW

Even being presented as someone naive and novice in the romantic field, many idols indeed are dating with each other or their close friends. From junior to senior, many are secretly dating even the agency detest about it. Some of this fact eventually arise in the public consumption when they fall into a scandal. For example Yoochun JYJ, the Fallen South Korean K-Pop star Park Yoo-chun is ordered by a court in Seoul to compensate a woman who claimed the former boy band member sexually assaulted her. She is among one of four women who reported Park for alleged sexual assault in 2016. Park, popularly known as Micky has to pay 100 million won (SGD115,000) to the victim by the Mediation Centre of Seoul court. The order, which was first delivered after a mandatory mediation last month, came into effect after a two-week grace period and carries the same weight as a court ruling. Actually Yoochun is known as an old member in a massage sex parlor in Seoul. He is not the only one because Se7en, soloist singer from YG also got caught before and it makes his official relationship with an actress broken.

Another proof is when the idols suddenly announce the famous "shotgun marriage" just like what happened to popular idols like exo chen, super junior sungmin, Soyun and Moon Hee jun, actor Sung joon, and a whole lot more. I will create a separate article to discuss about this.
