Kim Seon Ho was born on 8 May 1986, He made his acting debut on stage in 2009 through the play “New Boeing Boeing.” Kim Seon Ho recently become a breakout star, rising in popularity through his performance in the 2020 tvN drama “Start-Up” He is an only child. Kim Seon Ho is also currently a fixed cast member on the South Korean variety show, 2 Days & 1 Night.
1. Have a charity personality
On January 27, his agency SALT Entertainment confirmed with Sports Kyunghyang that he has donated 100 million won (approximately $90,300) to the foundation. His agency stated, “In return for the support and love he’s received from many people, he donated with the hope that it might be even a bit of help for children and their families who are going through a hard time.”
2. Already enlisted to the military
Kim Seon Ho was able to complete his military service before he even made his television debut in 2017 for a minor role in the office drama Good Manager.
3. Had a traumatic burglar experience when he was younger
In a 2019 interview with Harper’s Bazaar, Kim Seon Ho shared that when he was younger, his house was robbed. His mother wound up being stabbed with a knife by the burglar while he hid under his bed.
5. After his appearance in Start up, he got a boost of followers in instagram
Kim Seon Ho’s success was mirrored on his Instagram page, where he accumulated almost two million followers in merely a month. His followers hit 3 million on 5th December, from 1.08 million on 3rd November, which saw a rise of 1.92 million followers on the basis of Social Blade figures.

His favorite color is blue. He doesn’t like drinking alcohol. He feels that he is slower than others, he has reached this point in his life at his own pace. Positively deciding to start acting was one of the most outrageous choices he has made.
7. His nickname
He is called “Paper doll” because of his doll-like dancing skills (see point 13 for more on his dancing endeavours). Moreover, because of his charming smile, he also get another nickname as “Dimple Prince”.
8. He is a musical actor
He has been active in theater since 2009 before making his drama debut. When Kim Seon Ho starred in the play Memory in Dream in 2019, all the tickets to his shows were sold out. According to him, people lined up from the entrance to the street and once, it was so crowded that cars could not pass by.
9. His background
He studied at the Seoul Institute of Arts ( Department of Broadcasting). In 2017, at the age of 32, Kim Seon Ho passed his first audition for a K-drama, Good Manager (aka Chief Kim), making his debut as a TV actor.
10. His hobbies
He also likes hanging out at the internet café, reading comic books and watching movies. As of April 2019 he enjoys traveling, hiking up, and going down Mount Bukhan.
