ALL CAST and DETAIL about Webtoon turn K DRAMA "TRUE BEAUTY" or "SECRET ANGEL"

"True Beauty" (in Korean "여신강림") is a popular webtoon among young woman, It tells the story of regular girl that turns into a goddess thanks to her amazing makeup skills. The drama was translated into 4 languages and tops the webtoon liked by international readers. Many webtoons had been announced to be adapted in dramas. The list is already quite long but, it seems we will get another on soon.

The drama would be produced by the production company -BonFactory- that produced in the past "Encounter" and "What's Wrong With Secretary Kim?" and by Studio N. It would be the first drama in Korea on the theme of makeup. Its plan to be produced was announced but much more details are waited by fans such as the production schedule, cast and premiere date.

On April 23, news outlet Ilgan Sports reported that Cha Eun Woo has been cast as the male lead of a drama based on the popular webtoon “True Beauty.” This is a great news as many fans choose him as a perfect real life version of one of True beauty main character, SUHO. He often wins many online polls regarding which character people will suit to play SUHO.

Cha Eun Woo was offered the role of the handsome Lee Su Ho. He is a perfect man who is the top student at school. Although he steals the spotlight wherever he goes, he is not interested in anyone and is not amused by girls lining up to confess to him. He is actually a kind-hearted guy who always regrets shooting off his hot temper. Lee SuHo is the main male character of the webtoon, a very handsome tsudere that is 188-190 cm tall. He was transferred to the same school of JuGyung, the female lead. The first time he met her it was at a book rental shop and she was bared face. He looks like he is from a rich family and he is good at studying.

In response to the reports, Cha Eun Woo’s agency Fantagio commented, “Cha Eun Woo has received an offer to star in the drama ‘True Beauty,’ and he is currently reviewing the offer.” If Cha Eun Woo decides to accept the role, this will be his third drama as the male lead after “My ID is Gangnam Beauty” and “Rookie Historian Goo Hae Ryung.”
