TRAITS that ANY COMPANY WANT TO HIRE and You should know

Education is important, because on that building somehow we create our basic networking and learning to compete with each other. In real world, it's all about competition, we need to survive the harsh world after all. But getting a title or "Good marks" in class isn't everything. Although many big companies hired someone with a great educational background to make sure that they hire the "right one", for me there are 3 factors that make a person could win and land a new job in any kind of industries, and here it is:

1. Cultural fit.
We look for bold leaders who can communicate with kindness and without ego. (And if you can tell a good joke or make a mean potluck dish, we consider it a bonus!)

2. Passion for learning.
We value continual learning way more than the degree you earned 20 years ago. Tell us about the some Academy classes you took this year, the books you've read or the conferences you attended recently. We know a candidate will be way more successful if they have a genuine love of learning and are eager to keep investing in themselves.

3. Current skills.
What have you already learned? We know that your college philosophy class has probably made you a better thinker, but we're even more impressed when you can tell us what Google's most recent algorithm change means for our business.

Now, I want to be clear: I don't think going to college is a bad thing. Far too many 20-somethings are entering the workforce under-prepared.

However, the institution of higher education is in desperate need of an overhaul. Americans owe over $1.4 trillion in student loan debt, and the average Class of 2016 graduate had $37,172 in student loans, up six percent from the year before, according to Student Loan Hero. (If you're ready to take control of your student loan debt, here are five things you should start doing today.)

And get this: Per a 2015 report from the National Student Clearinghouse Research Center, only 52.9 percent of students in the U.S. completed school in six years.

The short version: Our educations are leaving us broke. YET, education isn't the only way to land a job and make some money, so it's a good news.
