Who doesn't know about Kim Gun mo, a veteran singer is taking legal action against YouTube channel 'Garo Sero Institute' that made claims of sexual assault. Kim gun mo is a big figure in Korean entertainment industry as one of legendary singer. Only BTS recently able to break his record. BTS have broken a 24 year old record set by Kim Gunmo in 1995. They sold 3.22 million records in less than a month. Real talent, hardwork and dedication did that. So, in Short, Kim gun mo is a senior and well honored singer for many singers and idols. There are plenty of famous artists and entertainers graduated from Seoul Institute of The Arts including Kim Bumsoo, Luhan, Shin dongyup & Yoo jaesuk. Kim Gunmo, is notable alumni from Seoul Institute.

Previously, The singer had originally planned to have his wedding on January 30, 2020, but the ceremony was postponed to May 2020. A source from his side said, “We were going to have a small wedding inviting 50 guests from each side, but lots of people wanted to be invited. After contemplation, we decided to postpone the wedding to May to reserve a larger venue.” They make a reason for bigger accommodation as the excuse of the delay, without mentioning the sexual assault accusation. Currently, the singer is facing sexual assault allegations. On December 6, his label announced, "The suspicions of sexual assault made by Garo Sero Institute are untrue. We'll be consulting a lawyer about taking legal action for spreading false rumors and defamation of character. He has since threatened legal action against the channel and is maintaining his innocence.

Previously, lawyer Kang Yong Suk and former reporter Kim Yong Ho alleged Kim Gun Mo's sexual assault suspicions on the YouTube channel, and they cited their source as an anonymous woman 'A.' According to their allegations, 'A' was an employee at an entertainment bar in Seoul, and she alleged Kim Gun Mo sexually assaulted her on the day she met him at the bar. The victim drew a plan of the bar's interior and said Kim Gun Mo was in room 9. An official complaint will be filed on December 9 KST regarding this issues.

They continued, "The victim was the 8th woman to enter the room Kim Gun Mo was in, but he told all the other women to leave and told the waiter not to let anyone else in. He then requested the victim come into the bathroom, which was attached to the room in a separate area. He then forced her to commit oral sex. He then put her on the sofa and started sexually assaulting her. She can't scream for help because noone is gonna hear it, since the bar is too big with 17 rooms." The popular singer also was accused of improper conduct by a popular Korean Youtube channel Garo Sero Institute and is facing allegations of sexually assaulting a woman twice at his restaurant.

Kim Gun Mo's alleged sexual assault victim participated in a live stream interview with Youtube channel Garo Sero Institute on December 9. She stated that three years later, she finally developed the courage to come forward, stating: "My family doesn't even know what's going on. They would watch 'My Ugly Duckling' and enjoy the show. But he kept on appearing on TV wearing the same batman shirt he wore when he assaulted me. I suffered a lot of mental pain watching those scenes appear on TV. I have never sought out money. I just want a sincere apology and to know that he will never appear on TV again. There are a lot of people saying that I'm a gold digger but I never asked for money and don't plan on doing so."

A female lawyer Kang Yong-suk, who claims damage to file a sexual assault complaint against singer Kim Gun Mo, arrives at the Seoul Central Prosecutor. On December 6, the YouTube channel Garo Sero Institute (literal title) featured lawyer Kang Yong Suk and former reporter Kim Yong Ho reporting on Kim Gun Mo’s alleged sexual assault of a woman. The December 10 episode of their show focused on the story of another woman, who says she was physically assaulted by Kim Gun Mo on January 10, 2007. At the time, she was the manager of an adult entertainment establishment. The hosts explained that she’d come forward with the information as she wanted to help because she was angered by the one-sided criticisms being made against the woman. Lawyers Kim Se Uee and Kang Yong Suk, who are in charge of the channel, will be going forth with submitting their claims against Kim Gun Mo later this week.

On the other hand, Kim Gun mo's side will discuss with their lawyer and take legal action,” they added. “His image has been greatly tarnished.” They said that they will release a statement regarding the legal action once plans are determined.

The woman interviewed in the December 10 episode said, “Kim Gun Mo’s partner was a year older than me, and she said to me, ‘Why are you speaking informally to me?’ and we got into an argument. We went into an empty room and were arguing, but Kim Gun Mo opened the door and came in swearing at me and saying, ‘You’re too loud. Didn’t I say that you’re too loud?’ He grabbed my hair, knocked me down, and punched me.” She said that he punched her many times in the nose and eye and also hit her in the stomach. A medical document from the day shows that she was experiencing eyeball pain and a headache, and it states that this occurred at a drinking establishment after being hit by a man. It shows that she had an orbital fracture as well as a nasal bone fracture.

Kang and Kim secured a lot of evidence and plan to reveal the evidence on broadcast. Kang Yong Suk and Kim Yong Ho said that they got their story directly from the victim, a woman referred to as “A.” Yet, singer Kim Gun Mo is slated to perform at his 25th-anniversary concert despite sexual assault allegations. Kim Gun Mo’s 25th anniversary concerts, IStarMedia stated that they will be carried out as planned. He is holding concerts from December 24 until February of next year. Kim Gun Mo has decided to push back his wedding to accommodate more guests. Meanwhile, SBS “My Ugly Duckling” has reached a decision regarding the pre-recorded footage of Kim Gun Mo’s appearance on the upcoming episode. On December 8, a source from SBS stated to Xportsnews, “We inform you that Kim Gun Mo’s appearance on ‘My Ugly Ducking’ will be airing as planned.” Even with a lot of criticism from Korean citizen, SBS PD seems didn't plan to cancel Jungmo appearances.
