News from daum site shares Seoul Metropolitan Police's Cyber Security team that Seasons 1 and 2 of the Produce 101 franchise to have also experienced vote manipulation.

The companies can just pay for their trainees to win, the pds can pick and choose which talent should win for impact of the shows, for ratings, for plot twists and attention as if it's a drama.All the while they are scamming the viewers as if their votes matters, and continue to get high ratings for every episodes. Their channel gets more ads, the pds will get promoted and bonuses, all at the expense of the hopeful kids.T he viewers are mostly naive I guess. The fans pull money together and give out expensive gifts for last episode voting, paid trips and gadgets, not knowing all the votes are for nothing.
