Well, for those of you who want to see a bit of fangirl life in the form of Korean drama shows, the following K-Pop coils recommend three of them.

1. Reply 1997
"Reply 1997" follows female high high school student Shi-Won (Jung Eun-Ji), who idolizes boyband H.O.T and her 5 high school friends. It also portrays the extreme fan culture that emerged in the 1990s when first generation idol groups such as H.O.T. and Sechs Kies took center stage and K-pop was just beginning to blossom.

Through this drama, the audience is invited to see Shi Won's 'madness' which is told as a high school kid, and a big fan of K-Pop boy band H.O.T.

The drama, which took the background of the story in the 1997s, seemed to invite the audience, especially South Koreans, to recall the iconic things that happened in 1997 to the 2000s.
Although the main plot is about the friendship and love of six high school teenagers, the elements of the fangirling story are also very strong in this drama. Various scenes that show how Shi Won queued to buy tickets for H.O.T's concert at the bank, to quarrels between fans (fanwar), were presented so nicely.

Those who understand things that smell like fangirl will certainly be entertained in Eunji's style of showing the fangirl's soul in him.
