ALL KOREAN CELEBRITIES THAT DIED IN 2019
2019 seems to be a bad memorable year in the Korean entertainment world. Not just because the drama hits or comeback KPop idols are a huge success. The year 2019 was also the year when a big scandal was revealed, a row of KPop idols left of their original group. Example: Burning Sun, Straykids, Momoland and MonstaX left by 1-2 members and so on.Sad news also comes from Korean artists who died.
This is a list of eleven Korean artists who died in 2019:
1. Koo Bon Im
Besides Lee Il Jae, the actress Koo Bon Im also died in April from cancer. Koo Bon Im was first diagnosed with nasopharyngeal cancer last year and after undergoing treatment, he finally breathed his last on 21 April.
2. Han Ji Sung
Han Ji Sung died on May 6 due to a car accident. Han Ji Sung is an actress who began her career as a member of the B.Dolls girl group in 2010.
3. Ha Yong Soo
Ha Yong Soo is an actor and fashion designer who began his career in 1969. Ha Yong Soo died on January 5 after suffering from liver cancer, gallbladder cancer, and cerebral infarction.
4. Lee Il Jae
Lee Il Jae is an actor who was born in 1960. He died on April 5 due to suffering from lung cancer. The last film, starring Lee Il Jae, is The Sheriff in Town which aired in 2017.
5. Jeon Misun
Jeon Mi Sun is an actress who often acts as a mother in various dramas. This 1970-born actress died on June 29 due to suicide. The agencies revealed that she has battle depression this past few years and struggle to live.
6 .Cha In Ha
The sad news about the death of a Korean artist returned. This time the rookie actor and member of SURPRISE U, Cha In Ha, was found dead on December 3 yesterday at his home
7.Woo Hye Mi.
Woo Hye Mi or also known by the name MIWOO is a singer who started stealing the attention since becoming a contestant for The Voice of Korea in 2012. The singer who just released his first album in August 2019 was found dead at his home on September 21 last.
8. Sulli
Sulli died of suicide on October 14. This idol, whose real name is Choi Jinri, began her career as a child actress in 2005 and then debuted as a member of the girl group f (x) in 2009.
9. Goo Hara
Shortly after Sulli's death, Goo Hara, who is also an idol and actress, was found dead at his home on November 24. Before he died, the idol who started his career as a member of the girl group KARA had carried out a suicide attempt in May.
