NIHONGO - 101 days of learning before Traveling to Japan

Well, haven't update much this blog for almost 2 months. I kinda neglect this blog since I am too busy with my own mind and can't stay focus. In 2018, I plan to learn another language just for fun. I always want to be able to speak another language, aside my own mother tongue and English. That's why I will try to create a post, probably daily, as I learn Japanese. I'm planning to go back again to Japan next year, so my goal is to be able to speak when I visit there again.

1. Yoku mo waraku mo nai desu

It isn't good nor bad

Yoku: Good

Waraku: Bad

Nai : negative

Mo: also

If you want to inform where you are now:

2.  Anata no ushiro ni imasu / Anata no mae ni imasu

I am in front of you / I am behind you

Anata: You

Ushiro: in front of

Mae: behind 

When dining

3. Watashi wa butaniku wo tabemasen

I don't eat pork

Butaniku: Pork meat

Watashi: I

Tabemasen : Negative words from tabemasu (eat)

You can change butaniku with:

Gyuniku - beef

Toriniku - chicken meat

Sakana - fish

Yasai- vegetables

4.  Dore wo nomimasuka?

Which will you drink?

Dore: Which

Nomimasu: Drink

In urgent situation

5. Saifu wo nakushimashita, kouban ni ikimasu

I lost my wallet, I will go to police box

Saifu: wallet

Nakushimashita: lost

Kouban: police box

Ikimasu: go

6. Dore kurai kakarimasuka?

How long will it take?

Dore kurai : How much

kakarimasu: take

 7. Koko kara, tooi desuka? Chikaku desuka?

 Is it far from here? Is it near?

Koko: here

Kara: From

Tooi: far

Chikaku: Near 

8. Chugoku kara mashita

 I'm from China

You can change Chugoku to:

kankoku: South Korea

Doitsu: Spain

Igirisu: England

Amerika : America

Furansu: France 

9. Kono mise wa nan ji akimasuka?

When will this store open?

Kono: This

Mise: Store/Shop

nan: what

Ji: hours

akete, akeru, aite, akimasu, aita: Open 

10. Kono depato wa nan ji tomarimasuka

Depato: Department store

Tomarimasu: stop, close
