It's nearly the end of 2016. This list based on my personal taste, it could be different for some but I will guarantee you that most drama in this list will entertain you. If you haven't watch it or is looking to watch some good drama, give it a try. Without futher ado, let's check it out: (without order)
1. Remember war of the son (aired on SBS from 9 December 2015 to 18 February 2016)
Cast : Yoo Seung-ho , Park Sung-woong and park min young
Total episodes: 20
Synopsis: Seo Jin-woo has a special condition called Hyperthymesia which allows him to remember almost every day in perfect detail. While his father, Seo Jae-hyuk on the other hand, developed an Alzheimer's disease, making him lose his memories. When Seo Jae-hyuk was wrongfully convicted of murder, Jin-woo vows to prove innocence of his father. Four years later, Jin-woo becomes a lawyer to put the real criminal behind bars but bribery, corruption, and betrayals would not give him an easy road to justice.
Author note: The lead cast great acting bring the audience emotion up and down. Sometimes you will smile and in the same episode you will shed a tear. You will be carried away by every bad things that happened to the main lead. Also, Kudos to the evil villain who can create his character as spiteful as it is. Don't hope for so much romance though, since the main theme of this drama is dectective/mystery with a touch of melodrama.

2. Another miss Oh hae yeong
Cast: eric, seo hyun jin, jeon hye bin
Total Episodes: 18
Synopsis: There is two oh hae yeong. One girl is blessed with her beautiful faces, great body and smart brain, while the later is a failure. Since their name is the same, both often got mistaken/switch out a lot by other people. Oh Hae-Young (Our heroine) is dumped by Han Tae-Jin, her boyfriend, on the day before their wedding. It's because of  Park Do-Kyung fault. He is ex-boyfriend of the "Pretty" Oh haeyeong. He places Han Tae-Jin in a difficult predicament, unaware that the he is about to marry another woman named Oh Hae-Young.
Author note: in the beginning the female lead will annoy you a bit since she isn't lovable character, but you will end up pity about her when story continues. Both the male and female lead have balance screen time and point of view about their side, looking toward their situation in the drama. There is character development for both of the main lead, even the side characters.

3. Scarlet heart ryeo
Cast: Lee Joon-gi, Lee Ji-eun, Kang Ha-neul, Hong Jong-hyun and IU
Total Episodes: 20
Adaptation from Bu Bu Jing Xin by Tong Hua
Author Note: This hystorical drama offers interesting female lead who is independent and smart enough to fix her own problems. Her wit bring the other princes fell in love with her. It's full of rivalry and politics ensue among the princes, in a fight for the throne, as Hae Soo finds herself unwittingly caught between it all.

4. Doctor crush
Cast: Kim Rae-Won, Park Shin-Hye, Lee Sung-Kyung , Yoon Gyun-Sang
Total Episodes: 20
Author Note: A romantic drama themed about medical surgery. The female lead used to be a wayward in high school, but since the death of her grand mother, she changes and become a doctor. She is strong, cool and sassy. It's interesting to watch every event that happening in the hospital, surrounding with funny co-workers. Although I think it get a lil boring at the ending.

5. Jealousy incarnations
Cast: Kong Hyo-Jin, Cho Jung-Seok, Ko Gyung-Pyo, Lee Mi-Sook, Park Ji-Young
Total Episodes: 24
Author Note: Not your ordinary K-drama, it's a little bit boring for the first 3 episodes, yet it's just get better from that point. Your feeling will be shifted away between the two male lead as the story continue. It has healthy competition between the characters, interesting script and great cast. It's a fun drama to watch until the end.

6. Task force 38 / Police unit 38
Cast: Ma Dong-seok, Seo In-guk, Sooyoung
Total Episodes: 16
Author Note: There is no romance in this drama, it's full of action, twist and interesting plot. The scrip writer and director can connect what happened from episodes 1 through middle to the ending very smoothly with consistency. 38 task force is motivated and received advice from "38 Tax Collection Division" (aka 38기동대: Task force 38) in Seoul Metropolitan Government.

7. Moonlight drawn by clouds
Cast:Park Bo-gum and Kim Yoo-jung
Total Episodes: 18
Author Note: A coming-of-age story about 19-year old Lee Yeong's growth from a boy to revered monarch and his unlikely relationship with 18-year old eunuch Hong Ra-on. The prince charming isn't like any other prince from any colossal K-drama. It has a great cinematography and fun plot with romance between younger adult. The lead male and female both show great acting to the audience.

8. Goblin
It's still on aired, but has been very interesting till now.

9. W
Cast: Han hyo joo, Lee Jong-suk
Total Episodes: 16
Author Note: A fantasy genre drama with twist and interesting plot, but a little bit inconsistent in the latter episodes. It starts good with fresh concept about a webtoon characters, supported by a great actor and actress, yet the script writer kinda screw it in the later episodes. It's still top ten best Korean drama of 2016 nevertheless.

10. The Man Living in Our House
Cast: Soo-Ae Kim Young-Kwang Lee Soo-Hyuk
Total Episodes: 16
Author note: in the beginning episode it looks quite promising with weird story development that is not common in K-drama. It's still on aired, but has been very interesting till now.
