"Hello, this is Nam Do Hyun.
I was filled with misery and regret over the fact that I could not reach out to you with updates, although many fans were concerned and curious of my whereabouts as a result of my inactivity. After much consideration, I filed a request with the court to have my exclusive contract with my company nullified in March of this year. Then, as of yesterday, the court has fully agreed to my request. Based on the court's decision, I can now begin promotions once again.
I would like to take this opportunity to relay my sincerest gratitude to all those who supported my activities from my debut in 2019 until now. Above all, I genuinely thank the fans for showing me more love than I deserved. I am also grateful to the members whom I spent these past few years with, and I will always cheer them on in their days ahead.
While nothing is confirmed in terms of how I will continue my music activities, I promise to stand in front of you again after improving myself as musician Nam Do Hyun. I ask for your anticipation and encouragements.
Sincerely,
Nam Do Hyun."
