IS BTS V DATING SOMEONE? WHO IS JOANNA CHUN?

 Currently social media are in chaos since there is a rumor that the popular members of BTS might be dating another girl. Although it might not be a huge news or scandal for many westerners, but it isn't the case for Kpop idols. Having a relationship with another person might make any idol's career down. 

The dating rumor started after V was spotted with  the daughter of South Korea’s Paradise Group president after attending the VVIP preview event for the ‘Korea International Art Fair (KIAF) 2021’ opening.  It was then revealed that V was accompanied on this day by the chairman of the board at 'Paradise Group,' Choi Yoon Jung, also the wife of the 'Paradise Group' president Phillip Jeon. The couple's daughter was also seen at the event with V and chairman Choi.  ‘Paradise Group’ is one of the biggest groups in South Korea known for its hotels and resorts. 

Some netizens went on to raise speculation that V was dating the 'Paradise Group' president's daughter. In addition, there were even netizens stating that a bracelet V often wears is, in fact, a brand launched by the 'Paradise Group' president daughter.

While netizens are wondering if V has finally found the love of his life, HYBE Labels has finally stepped in, putting an end to the rumours. HYBE as V agency dismissed the rumours and give official statement regarding the rumor:

V and the family of chairman Choi Yoon Jung are only acquaintances, the dating rumors are not true,” the HYBE Labels statement read

The idol also personally responded through Weverse, expressing his anger and frustrations. V referred to BTS's diss-track "UGH" to explain how he felt about the rumors and articles that were being spread online.

Yet many fans are still assume that BTS V is dating the Paradise group daughter, JOANNA CHUN.

The 27-year-old owns a bracelet brand called PeakPick and is one of three children.
