Production team once again failed to pay the idols filming fee
There is a new dispute regarding the payment that idols and singer should get. According the industry insider, KBS kids, hasn't paid Super Junior’s Leeteuk and Singer Muzie appearance fee for a children's show that aired on the respective channel.
Muzie opened up about the situation on December 16 on the MBC Radio show, “2 O’clock Date. He said, “I haven’t received any of the pay from last year’s work. If they continue to delay, I’ll have no choice but to release the names of the broadcasting station and the director. No one including the stylist, staff and camera-man of that show have received any payment. “The producers have promised that they’ll deliver the pay by the end of the month.
Same as Muzie, a representative of Leeteuk also said, “As of right now lee teuk still hasn’t received any payment for the same exact participation of the show. They can only wait because no one from that side contact them. It’s a situation where Muzie and Leeteuk agency are keeping an eye on.
On the other hand, the organization behind the program, KBS Promotion of Korean Language, give their own official statement. “We’ve been pressing The Korea Institute of Clinical Psychology, the ones in charge of producing the program, to get the pay situation resolved. We were told the production company would fix the situation by the end of October.”
Still it hasn't been resolved and both Lee teuk, Muzie and all the staffs haven't received their payment yet even until December 2019.
