KPOP IDOLS WHOM THE AGENCY REGRET TO REJECT BEFORE

Do you know that some of our beloved idols, who is actually in the top of their games, has experience a lot of refusal and rejection from kpop agency. When they didn't have name yet, they're trying so hard to get acknowledge by a lot of agency, yet get refused again before someone finally took them in. After sometimes, these idols debut and make a breakthrough and ripple in Kpop entertainment agency and made all the agency that has rejected them, regret their pass decision, not able to see the hidden gems. Here are the list:

J HONE BTS
J-hope was well-known as a dancer in his hometown and a trainee at JYP Entertainment before joining Big Hit Entertainment and BTS. According to 'TMI News', j-hope started training at Big Hit Entertainment after the recruiter saw him dancing for 3 hours during his audition. Though he was initially let go, Jungkook and RM did their best to convince their label's CEO to add j-hope to BTS, and he's now a member of the most globally recognized K-pop group of all time.

IU
IU also topped the list as the female idol star labels regret losing out on. Like j-hope, the singer-songwriter auditioned at JYP Entertainment as well as other labels and failed over 20 auditions until she was scouted by Loen Entertainment. After 10 months of training, IU made her debut, and though the initial response was tepid, we all know where she's at now.

G dragon from Bigbang
He used to be a SM trainee before he moved to YG and debut into Bigbang.

Kara Hara
Hara had tried out for an audition at JYP, but unfortunately, she lost in the final round. Whoever judged the final round at the time must have not felt Hara's full potential, resulting in another loss for J.Y. Park

EXO’s Xiumin
The line up of EXO could have been entirely different had Xiumin been accepted as a trainee for JYP Entertainment when he auditioned in 2008. Fortunately for Xiumin, that didn’t mark the end of his career as he was cast by S.M. Entertainment after participating in S.M.’s Everysing Contest later that year. DEAN is one of the most well-known solo artists at the moment. Before making his debut as a solo artist, however, he was actually rejected by JYP Entertainment. DEAN auditioned for JYP Entertainment when he was only 17 years old, but was rejected and a year later began writing songs for K-Pop acts such as EXO and VIXX.

Hyorin Sistar
Hyorin is another starlet that J.Y. Park let escape from his clutches. As you already know, Hyorin is part of SISTAR, Starship's most popular girl group and well-known among the K-Pop audience. You can't talk about K-Pop without throwing SISTAR somewhere into the discussion. J.Y. Park may not have seen Hyorin's potential but Starship definitely did!

Sistar Jieun
SECRET's Ji Eun was yet another aspiring idol who hoped to debut under JYP but ended up debuting at another label instead. She was one of the four girls, including Hani, Hyorin, and Uji, to form a girl group called 'Little Big Mama.' However, due to various complications, the group never even debuted.

Other idols are: exid Hani, Highlight Dojoon, CL, Lee joon Mblaq, and many more!
