IZONE UPDATE AMIDST THE HIATUS OF BLOOMIZ

Standing on the starting line in Japan too, I hope they will do their best in becoming the bridge between Japan & Korea. HKT48 & NGT48 will each be setting up their own new operating company starting March/April while AKS will be renamed as Vernalossom & will not be handling any management for 48 groups but a new business instead. Yoshikawa Keiichi, a Global Issues Institute researcher wrote that there were reports that investors close to Yasushi Akimoto had been willing to buy back AKS, but AKS, now controlled by Yoshinari's family, was reluctant to sell it.

HKT Corp Director: Harumasa Maeda (currently AKS executive)

NGT Corp Director: Okada Tsuyoshi (currently NGT48 Theater deputy manager)

AKS will change the company's name to "Vernalossom" and will start a new business without taking care of the management of 48 Groups.

AKB48, HKT48, NGT48 will be managed by the new company (It's still tentative for the company name).

AKS separate AKB HKT NGT from AKS management by making their own individual company  just to secure the money. Profit holds by each group can be manage separately, so if one is deficit, it won't affect the others. It's a great business system to control cash flow. If the HQ does not get burdened by the child company, it also does not burden other subsidiary companies.In the end, AKS is still function like usual. After all, AKS only manage AKB, HKT and NGT, while the other group like SKE, NMB, STU and all overseas branch like JKT, BKN, etc are managed by other company. So the only affected group might be only 3: AKB, HKT and NGT. AKS will be withdrawing from 48 groups in Japan but "will still be managing the 9 overseas sister groups including those still in recruitment stage & global group IZONE.

CJ ENM will also continue to provide support for the comeback of IZONE, which promised to support its activities. the girl group IZONE has agreed to maintain the group between the agencies. This is because preorders for the new album "BLOOM*IZ" that was scheduled  to be released in November last year recorded around 400,000 copies, strengthening its position as a top-selling girl group. IZONE is said to have recently been tempered for a comeback while practicing its choreography at an office in Seoul.
