ANOTHER KOREAN ACTRESS GET INTO CAR ACCIDENT DUE TO SUDDEN TRAFFIC

Even you might not remember the names of this top actress, yet I bet you remember or have saw her acting in one of Korean drama you have watched. I mean if you're really a K drama lover who almost watch all K drama outhere, this actress act most of the time as the parents of the main lead. Unfortunately, sad news happened to actress Jung Ae Ri as she have been in a car accident recently.

According to media reports, The accident occurred around 6 a.m. on December 12, where they were involved with a collision with a truck. Jung Ae Ri was traveling from the town of Goesan to Seoul with her coordinator and her manager, who was actually driving the vehicle at the time of the accident. The actress and her staff were rushed to the emergency room where they received treatment directly. Fortunately, All three sustained only minor injuries, with Jung Ae Ri suffering slight damage to her ribs.

An official statement released by Jung Ae Ri’s agency, as follow:

“Thankfully, she didn’t suffer any major injuries because she was wearing her seat belt. The actress should be released from the hospital on December 16, and shouldn’t affect any schedule of the dramas she is participating in.”

Jung Ae-ri made her acting debut after she was chosen at the KBS talent audition in 1978. In 1980, she moved to another network, MBC. She rose to stardom in the 1985 drama Love and Truth, for which she won the Daesang ("Grand Prize") at the MBC Drama Awards and Best TV Actress at the Baeksang Arts Awards.

Currently, Jung Ae Ri is participating in the MBC drama “Bad Love” and the SBS drama “VIP.” Hopefully Jung Ae Ri could recover fast from her injuries.
